Saturday was spent deciding what was going on the new shelves and generally rearranging the craft room (again!!) Mind you, it's all preparatory work for when we get the new units in and really get organised. It is going to be fantastic :-)) Best part of the day was at 6.45pm though. DOCTOR WHO SPECIAL!! Mind you, the anticipation was tinged with regret as this is the beginning of the end. The first of the last four episodes with David Tennant as the Doctor. Everything else was abandoned whilst this was on so that I could give it my full attention. Well you have to, don't you.
The gardens were beautiful with so many trees coming into blossom and leaf.
Tuesday was still a day off (thank you SHU for extra holidays). We had a little run out in the countryside and called at the Sherwood Forest Craft Centre first. Had some lunch there in the lovely cafe and browsed the craft shop there. Then on to Blyth Craft Studio where I bought a few things, including some A4 plastic storage boxes for my cardstock, as the reorganisation has left it temporarily homeless. Last stop was Turners Retreat just outside Blyth - a woodturning shop for Pete. Then we meandered our way home. A nice day out.
